  The staff were all happy and moving fast. I waited under 3 minutes with 4 people in front of me. The employees were all cheerful and polite. Most definitely a great experience for a Saturday morning.

  They always make sure the package gets to the correct address and FedEx loses our shit at least twice a month. We have neighbors from four houses down delivering our packages after they were dropped off on their porch and we have 5 1/2 inch address numbers on a post at the beginning of our driveway DIRECTLY across from our mailbox with big silver street numbers and they still mess it up 😳 Prices are a little more than i expected shipping from Alcoa tn to Johnson city tn each box had a pair of leggings and a hair conditioning mask and ended up totaling $38 Both boxes were very close in size weight and both boxes had the identical items just a size up on one so hopefully this inflation crap can get it together in the near future 🫶
