    Arrival communication was appreciated with a call when team was 30 minutes out and they showed up on time. Jay and another younger gentleman were extremely kind, professional, and respectful of property. They allowed me to clean floor and wall upon removal of old units before installing my new purchase while they prepared to bring them in. They worked quickly, and even placed a measure on my washer to insure everything was set correctly. Afterwards, a test run was completed to guarantee we had no leaks. In my opinion, they went above and beyond in service throughout the entire experience and I truly appreciate that. I have dealt with another company over the years that was a huge disappointment on many occasions, so to me RXO was a blessing. I highly recommend Jay and his team and hope they are my installers on any of my future projects and purchases.

    The RXO delivery guy's were VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HAD TO BRING MY WASHER UP A LONG DRIVEWAY. APPRECIATE THEIR HARD WORK. THANKS SO MUCH!!

    I had a washer delivered. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish - great communication letting me know the guys were on their way. The delivery experience was exceptional - they did a nice job of explaining everything, getting it all setup and removing the old machine. I would highly recommend.

    Still waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and the original scheduled delivery day was changed without my knowledge and still not delivered. Also delivered the 1st package with broken contents
