  Just had my refrigerator delivered and the delivery crew was amazing. So careful as to not damage product coming through tight door. We actually removed door which did the trick perfectly. Would highly recommend

  They were right on time and very efficient. They installed our new washer and dryer, and hauled off our old ones. The men were extremely helpful in showing us how to use our new appliances and extremely kind to us. There were zero issues with the installation!

  John and Cody are awesome. They were fast, friendly, and smiling the whole time. Highly recommend. But dont ask them to make up your new bed. They said nope. Still cool though.

  Like everyone else states, the guys who finally showed up with our order were polite and proficient. Other than getting some grime on our door and walls when putting the door back on the hinges, they were great. The delivery itself was a nightmare! We had to wait a week after ordering with LG to get the refridgerator delivered. The day before the scheduled delivery date we received a text letting us know that the delivery window was between 3PM and 7PM. No problem, we'll clear the old fridge and clear a path. At 6:30PM I grew concerned because no one had reached out about the delivery and the window was closing. I called the 800# and talked to someone with broken English who said they were tied up with traffic, but would certainly be there and gave me an updated arrival time of 8:02PM. I asked for a call from the driver to confirm and was told they sent a message to the driver. At 7:30PM I called again and was assured again that they were just held up in traffic and would still be delivering it that night. At 9:30PM after no call, no show, I called the 800# again and never reached anyone. The next day I received an email asking me to reschedule my delivery FOR A WEEK LATER! I called the number again and asked to escalate to get it delivered that day, but wasn't able to get a commitment. They did, however, deliver the following day (a Saturday). I originally ordered the refrigerator from Best Buy and had to wait two weeks for a delivery window. They too never showed up. Funny thing is it sounded like the same person I spoke with at RXO and the same excuse - stuck in traffic. Good luck!
