On September 18, I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max through the store. I was told it would arrive in five days. However, it has now been several weeks, and I still have not received my phone. I called the store yesterday to follow up, and I was told that I would receive my phone today. When I went to the store to ask about my order, the store manager told me, “Don’t come unless we call you.” I find this response extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have been patient, but the lack of communication and respect shown by the store staff is disappointing This is the worst place to go for phone service And fyi I called bell and they said oh we can not take a complaint about a store manager when the store is a corporate store Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life
