  Worst bell in saskatoon. Customer service is a joke. Very rude workers. Manager is a joke. I highly recommend not going to this location. Wasted countless hours. Fire all the teen titans and hire some actual people.

  Came here and was having problems with switching from another company, the manager specifically told me to wait till 2:18 pm, I came at 2 pm, talked to me at 2:30 asked me for my information and once I did another customer came in and he helped them instead of me, been here for almost an hour, no help and would not recommend.

  Sorry I don’t know the name of the employee who helped me. But I was in today (Sunday, February 8th, 2026 12:40pm). In and out quick. Employee was very helpful. Fast and efficient service. Was there to just drop off my old phone because I did the device return option. Thanks!

  An extremely unprofessional and humiliating customer service experience. During a routine request to change my mobile plan, the situation was unnecessarily escalated by the staff. I was subjected to publicly disrespectful and degrading treatment in front of other customers, including inappropriate remarks. The staff’s attitude was clearly biased and created the impression of discriminatory treatment, particularly due to a language barrier. No attempts were made to de-escalate the situation, and the staff’s behavior appeared aggressive and unacceptable. This level of service is unacceptable and should not occur in a customer-facing environment. I strongly do not recommend this location.
