- J1JPx 1967Nov 6, 20251.0Very shady company. When I terminated my mobile service with them, they sent me a bill for an additional month. When I refused to pay for the service I had cancelled a month previously. They sent it to collections. Terrible business practice and customer support after a decade of loyalty. I will never deal with, nor can I recommend Bell in the future. I have since moved over to Rogers for all my home products and Telus for all my mobile products. Never again Bell

Also try and talk to anybody from bell and you will spend alot of wasted time playing the push number on your phone pad to get another message to kit another number on your key pad and still not get a preson on the phone!!!!
