  Talked with people over the phone from customer service and had a horrible time but I went in and everyone was super nice and helpful I got my package in 5 minutes but of a pain I paid 250 for delivery and still had to drive and hour to pick up my package but it worked out, the issue is no communication between customer service and the location, many lies were told over the phone but they are an amazing staff that should be appreciated more

  It is far away from the city on the way to North Battleford. That’s the only demerit. Staff is chill and cool.

  Giving 1 star rating cause 0 isnt an option. Pathetic service by this company specially this Saskatoon location, I have getting lies and fake information saying my package gonna get delivered today FROM LAST 5 DAYS. I ordered it for someone to gift, idk if they understand how gifting works! You gotta gift someone on that specific occasion only and thats why I ordered it in advance. Originally expected delivery was 31st Dec 2025, from that it got delayed to 1st Jan, then 2nd, 3rd, 4th and today is 5th Jan and guess what I still dont have my package in my hands! And its 4:46pm right now and their website says "it will get delivered by the end of today" as its been saying since last 5 days. Website says "out for delivery" when I called customer service they said we contacted the dispatcher and got to know its NOT OUT FOR DELIVERY. Clearly a LIE!! Either from the website or from the customer agent. If it was in my hands to choose the delivery company, I would never ever choose Fedex in my whole life, customer service 0/10, website fake updates 0/10. Some manager named "Stella" from their call team says she can't make a request to deliver it tmrw early in the morning because its NOT A PRIORITY DELIVERY. Are you serious?????? You're delaying my package from last five days, giving me fake promises its gonna get delivered by end of the day and then saying its not a priority delivery???? PATHETIC, MISERABLE, APPALLING, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
