Says that they have been delivered at a garage and I don't have a garage at my house. I never got my packages and they were my kid's christmas gifts. UPS DO BETTER!!!

Stopped at store and was told they only pay the driver nothing else to do with pkgs from Amazon. I applaud the person that got my pkg and actually sent it on its correct way to me. Now driver tried delivering it Mon and left note saying needed signature and will try again to deliver. If it wasn't for a friend that got a message from Ups store employee I wouldn't of even known they now had my pkg. I had the note signed waiting for it. Seems kinda unprofessional to me that they can't contact me the actual person named on pkg
