Dear USPS, since you wish to make it impossible to contact anyone within your system I have to put the complaint on here. I just want to know how you can change the delivery date on something that had 2-5 day shipping AFTER the 5 day period and can still somehow say it’s “on the way and will arrive on time”? This is far from the first package I or others in the Sioux Falls community have had issues with and the post offices actually delivering mail and packages on time seems to be harder than getting politicians to get along. On top of that almost every delayed package arrives damaged or partially open in some way as if your employees are picking through which ones to steal from. This is getting worse each year and far out of hand.

Seriously almost no other post office keeps priority shipping envelopes behind the counter. Not even the location on Louise. Normally they're left out in the lobby since they're literally free, and you have to pay for priority shipping to use them. As this is downtown I understand maybe leaving a limited supply, but when you're open for passports and other services, just not regular mail services, why wouldn't you have them out? During post office hours they're not even accessible. I have to wait in line to get the envelope for the postage I paid for online to avoid waiting in the line? I ordered online to have them delivered. Guess what never showed up? No wonder no one wants to use your services. UPS or FedEx from now on! Andrea was fantastic and empathetically. Grumpy Gramps needs to retire.

I love how we are now being charged for their gas and STILL are waiting 2+ weeks on a package/mail from 2 states away. I cannot even buy from eBay anymore because they take their sweet time on even getting it processed. I understand you guys don't like your job but don't make us suffer from your actions. If I could give -0000 stars I would.
