I made an appointment to get graduation cards printed and went out of my way to show up on time, only to be told when I got there that the print manager wasn’t there and nobody else could help me. I drove 30 minutes for this, and no one even bothered to call or let me know ahead of time. That’s just a waste of my time and super inconsiderate. Definitely not a great experience, and I won’t be coming back.
