    USPS is hands down the worst mail carrier service in the United States, and that is saying a lot. I paid for priority shipping and I am still waiting on my package. I don’t know what USPS version of “priority” is but it’s a joke at best. I sincerely hope the current presidential administration or the next investigates USPS for fraud and mismanagement. This whole thing needs to be audited.

    I needed to pick up stamps and mail 1 international letter. The stamps kiosk was "unavailable at this time " and the line of people mailing packages was out the door. Bring the postal service back to Lewis and HyVee! It's apparent the Meadows cannot handle the volume of people needing service. Very disappointed.

    Came to drop off a couple packages Monday. They took both of them set them on the counter in an overflowing pile (all drop boxes were full and you could not put more in). The line was out the door. It has now been a few days one package has been scanned in and shipped and one is missing. Customer service cannot help. They provided a local phone number but no one answers so we have a few hundred dollars lost who knows where. I understand being busy/holiday season etc but what they had going on was insane and not being able to contact anyone is ridiculous they were also too busy to do drop off receipts (or so they said).
