- JMJacquelyn McNamara3 days ago1.0I placed my envelope on the counter, this mail was addressed to Osaka, Japan. Daniela, the postal worker looks at me and says, “What?” with an attitude. I said. “I need a stamp.” She looks at me and said, “Well you just laid it there.” I told her that if she looked at the address, she’d known I needed a stamp for overseas. Her attitude as I was waiting to be called to the counter was very negative, so I wanted to keep the conversation at a minimum, because I could tell it wasn’t going to go well. I can see why this post office gets low ratings.

I said I would have gotten that, he replied all snotty 'would've helped if you out the boxes down'. Im sorry, if you want to be rude to customers, go work fast food. Didn't have a name tag, probably for good reason, can't name someone on here that way. Asian guy, I guess. I won't stop coming to this location but if I walk in and he's there, I'll go somewhere else. Hire better, UPS.

Why call in the middle of the night about an address update and don't provide a working number to get back to you quickly. Instead, you return the packages before we could change the address. Poor on ups part, filing a claim.
