  absolutely amazing this location had perfect customer service! I didn't even have to open my mouth and the gentleman behind the counter help me and talk to me through how to do it for next time and just amazing would recommend. he also gave me a fun fact this particular FedEx is the biggest in the state of South Dakota!

  Soooo pissed. Drove to multiple locations to mail a package. Was told this one could help me because they have a scale and can print a shipping label. Got there and apparently you need a drivers license to mail something now? Well I have a picture of my drivers license and I can video call my gf and have her show drivers license or even passport. Nope. Its our policy. You cant mail anything here without a drivers license. Drove all the way across town you grumpy entitled lady. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh! This place always has some bs. Im only here because its open till 7pm. Otherwise id go anywhere else, usps is wayyyyy cheaper, faster, and more reliable.

  What an exercise in pure frustration. Went to print documents (55 pages). They make you pre-charge your card for it, fine. I knew I'd be paying per page, and I know how many pages. Except they charge you BY THE MINUTE. Then every page you print shortens the time you've pre-paid for. If you underestimate it, you CANNOT add more time as you go. The transaction ends, then THE WORKSTATION REBOOTS. I understand this is probably to purge information, but when you're in a rush this makes you want to re-enact that scene in Office Space. And my without my bat. Luckily no other poor sucker was using the other station. It was still an infuriating inconvenience. All said and done, I should've gone across the street to Walmart and paid 10 more dollars and bought a printer. There'd have been enough demo ink for what I needed.

  Liz treats my family like an extended part of her family! I send documents for my 96 year old Grandmother to this location and every time she visits, they are prepared and ready for her! Even if I haven’t been able to give them much notice, they have it all printed and ready and make it easier on her! They are generous in many ways! Thanks Liz and team!
