    There’s a new manager at this location who needs to go. Since hired, staff have been encouraged to yell at customers using the complimentary shredding service for single pieces of paper, the 24-hour building access contract was voided without consideration for refunding the upfront costs incurred and they threaten to charge for holding packages. This is without mentioning the wait issues have gotten worse due to poor staff training on services, which only exacerbates the parking lot issues. Frankly, do not rent a box here. Hope they can turn it around else I’m unsure if I’ll renew. Manager just needs to go.

    My son mailed a package at this store. The cost seemed outrageous, but we agreed to it as the store was extremely busy. We got to the car and entered the package information into the online UPS shipping calculator, which estimated the cost to be $100 LESS than we paid. We called three times within the next hour, but only got voicemail. I finally was able to talk to someone shortly before they closed. I was told the manager would call before they closed as it might be possible to cancel the shipment and receive a refund. I did not receive a call back. I called the next morning and was told it has been shipped. They could cancel it but it would cost us to cancel, and we wouldn't get a refund. Charging more than double for a service and not making an effort to make it right is unacceptable. We will not be using this store ever again and would recommend others to not as well.

    Although contracted for Spectrum returns and I was advised by Spectrum to return through them, first employee didn't scan in right device and second employee decided to just write on receipt the right device serial number. They then told me to call Spectrum and tell them in case there was a problem at which time I told them to call because it was their mistake. They then told me they wouldn't then in irate manner by more than one employee told me to leave. I left and noticed employee didn't at least initial change on receipt so returned within minutes to ask and they refused and even threatened me and told me to get out. They were at fault yet they expected me to take care of their error. I was flabbergasted and have never in my 70 years been treated like that in a place of business.

    Super friendly and professional staff. I had an issue with a return last week and the woman at the front desk was really helpful. Today I stopped in to get some music books coil-bound, and they got me taken care of quickly. I was impressed with how fast they worked and how great the customer service was, especially with how busy it was the day before Christmas Eve.

    The absolute WORST customer service I have experienced. The people working are rude and crabby. One of the ladies broke the label printer while trying to reload and basically told us we were out of luck. What a joke. So much for efficiency.
