  Love this location, I’ve used them since they moved in years ago. It’s a quick one stop for everything location. I’ve Always received fast (even when busy) friendly and efficient service. And, their hours are very convenient for my schedule.

  Very disappointing customer service. Never answer the phone and not responsive at all. I have engaged a number of times with UPS stores and this store does not represent the brand well at all. Would not recommend.

  Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered my package next day shipping and never got delivered, no note, no call, nothing.. then when I went to the office tp pick it up myself, nobody was able to answer any of my questions, can’t help resolve or atleast give me any insight why my packages arnt being delivered! Very incompetent workers there! Made me lose out on a opportunity due to my package not being delivered in time with zero notice
