    I almost never bother with negative reviews. But today’s phone interaction was so poorly handled that silence would feel dishonest. We were expecting a critical package, and the driver claimed they “couldn’t deliver” because they lacked a security code. There is no security code. Packages are delivered to our lobby every day without incident. To make matters worse, the delivery failure notice didn’t show up until about 15 minutes after the driver had already left—long after any real attempt could have been made. So I called, hoping to at least pick up the package myself. That’s when the experience went from frustrating to outright insulting. Kevin didn’t just fail to help—he didn’t even pretend to care. No effort to understand the issue. No attempt to verify the obvious mistake. No solution offered. His tone made it clear that my call was an inconvenience, not a customer needing assistance. It was dismissive, curt, and borderline contemptuous—behavior that has no place in customer service, let alone from the person representing your store on the phone. I take no pleasure in writing this, but professionalism wasn’t merely lacking today—it was absent entirely. And for a customer, that’s unacceptable.

    It's a UPS store. I've come to expect exemplary customer service from UPS: and this store in Rapid City is no exception. Impeccable service; and attention to detail, in a timely manner, despite being extremely busy. Handy quick print service via email, shipping, and post boxes if you want to rent one.

    I have called over the last couple of days, no one ever answers the phone. Had to go in there in person to find out the notary didn’t work until Monday. This is really getting old.
