- CSCharlie SmokeDec 19, 20251.0FedEx drivers are too lazy to notify customers when they're delivering to secured apt buildings. If I refused to do my job I'd get fired. Apparently FedEx doesn't care if their employees refuse to do the job they're paid for. The other day they supposedly left a package I ordered outside of my apt building without telling me. I never saw it. Yesterday I was expecting another package but they used the weather as an excuse to delay delivery til today. I complained before so was told the driver would email me when she/he arrived. So when they emailed today my daughter immediately went downstairs to open the door. The truck was already gone and the package wasnt there. I called their customer disservice number and was told the driver would be reprimanded and that a supervisor would call me before 8:PM. No call. I was also told they would make the driver turn around and bring my package back to me before 8:00 tonight. That didn't happen either. FedEx drivers are lazy and irresponsible and their so-called customer service is a joke. The ticket their agent said she'd submitted for me was not submitted according to the agent I just spoke with. They make excuses for their drivers and they'll tell you anything just to get you off the phone. Buy from companies that ship thru UPS or the USPS and avoid FedEx, they could care less if you get what you paid for or not.

Put up a sign that said "FED EX: Please ring doorbell" because we can't usually hear knocking in our split level. The driver literally pasted the 'sorry we missed you' tag ABOVE our sign! Never rang the doorbell. Now we have to wait until the facility is open to the public to retrieve packages, take MORE time off work, and hope they actually help us. Past experience has NOT been successful. I will always request any carrier other than Fed Ex.
- JGJackpine GypsiesNov 22, 20255.0Had a Priority overnight envelope sent that was suppose to deliver by 2:00 PM. It did not plus it kept updating it would be there by 8:00 PM. However, on Saturday a driver named Chad from Denver helped locate where it was. If it was not for him, it would have not been found until the following week and the package was needed immediately. Chad did get ahold of the facility manager and the manger graciously helped out and we received the package. Hats go off to Chad from Denver who was helping out the facility and Brian the Manager of Rapid City.
