  I had said package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago the last two days there was snow but today no snow whatsoever driveway and road is clear now my package is set to arrive on Monday which is 3 more days. I think this is ridiculous and whoever the driver was should be held accountable especially when you pay for a service that is not honored if I could do no stars I would you guys at fed ex have no excuses

  FedEx drivers are too lazy to notify customers when they're delivering to secured apt buildings. If I refused to do my job I'd get fired. Apparently FedEx doesn't care if their employees refuse to do the job they're paid for. The other day they supposedly left a package I ordered outside of my apt building without telling me. I never saw it. Yesterday I was expecting another package but they used the weather as an excuse to delay delivery til today. I complained before so was told the driver would email me when she/he arrived. So when they emailed today my daughter immediately went downstairs to open the door. The truck was already gone and the package wasnt there. I called their customer disservice number and was told the driver would be reprimanded and that a supervisor would call me before 8:PM. No call. I was also told they would make the driver turn around and bring my package back to me before 8:00 tonight. That didn't happen either. FedEx drivers are lazy and irresponsible and their so-called customer service is a joke. The ticket their agent said she'd submitted for me was not submitted according to the agent I just spoke with. They make excuses for their drivers and they'll tell you anything just to get you off the phone. Buy from companies that ship thru UPS or the USPS and avoid FedEx, they could care less if you get what you paid for or not.

  Well, given they cant figure out with walmart on how to ship a package back to the point of origin, plus lie about being able to ship without a label and no code to scan for return, top it off waste time, gas and having to go to 3 places for one drop off, wouldnt reccomend their services, ever.
