Delivery sucks big time, haven't received my February utility bill yet and here it is almost the end of February. Went to City Hall and paid it and they said they have received a lot of complaints regarding the same. No excuse for intra city mail taking that long. Also awaiting a package that was supposed to be here by the 14th. I could go on. Zero stars for delivery.

No knock, no nothing. I went to check, nothing. So I checked amazon and the USPS site, and the uploaded picture is what I see. It's impressive that it was picked up by me, past closing time, while I was making dinner. So now I don't have a package that was supposed to be here, and they say I do? Awesome job.

I explained the situation to Lori, and she went in the back and found my package! Lori went above and beyond for me today and I can’t thank her enough!
