To say I’m disappointed in this post office would be an understatement. Compared to all other postal services I’ve used, this one has delayed and lost my packages the most. I’ve talked with them about my lost packages but were absolutely unhelpful in even trying to find them. If at all possible I’d recommend finding other delivery methods for shipping and receiving your mail.

They would not deliver my packages to my house. They said because I don't get mail delivered to my house they couldn't deliver my packages either. Because I don't have a mail box at my house. Which is ridiculous, as the packages were large and heavy and wouldn't have fit in a mail box. So instead I had to drive into town and get the packages, which were large and heavy and carry them, one at a time, out to my car with absolutely no help from the employees of the Post Office. If USPS really wants to compete with UPS and Federal Express, then you are going to have to improve your customer service. UPS and FedEx have no problem bringing my package to my front door.
