I discovered this at 10:15, PO close time on Saturday 10:30 but I called anyway and was AMAZED because the phone was answered, miss shipment of package confirmed AND Kayla volunteered to keep the PO open and wait for us to come pick it up! Completely unexpected and way beyond the response you might expect from a postmaster! THANK YOU, Kayla!
