- GCGlow CruzDec 16, 20251.0When winter comes if you are able to walk through peoples yards (grass) to get to the mail box You are able to walk through very little snow on the sidewalk. I have seen other peoples sidewalks still have snow on them yet you cannot deliver to my place because it is not "accessible" Crappy customer service. 1 star.
- JRJulio RamosNov 19, 20251.0If you have the choice of using another carrier, do so. This Usps branch consistently fails to deliver on time or to the correct adress. They mark packages as undeliverable when they dont even attempt to deliver, forcing clients to drive to the office. I have informed delivery and several times i have seen my package marked as arrived at huron and suddenly it would update and say that it would be late and that its still in transit from the distribution center. Was also told by an employee on the phone that the branch will no longer process stolen packages complaints from my building because there has been to many thefts. As if the problem isn't that they deliver to wrong addresses all the time.
