Made an order to be sent to brother in law who gets mail via post office box. Assumed package would be sent UPS or FEDX so used Hot Springs street address. Company used US Post Office. Post office did not deliver to street address (because they never deliver to street address 🤔?). Only one person in Hot Springs with the name to receive the package. Logical that PO personnel would recognize the name and put the package in the PO Box. No logic in the small town of Hot Springs. So the package was returned to the vendor in Ohio. Very disturbed about the operation of Hot Springs PO

A package I was trying to ship to a customer was being held due to an insufficient address. It ended up in Oelrichs, and then back in Hot Springs. Both of the women who worked at these locations went above and beyond to 1, track my package down, 2 keep me posted during the day and 3, go to the extent of HAND DELIVERING MY PACKAGE to the customer to ensure it made it to its destination! The lady in Hot Springs was so kind over the phone. Im still in shock she said she would hand deliver that package
