I always hate going to this particular post office because of her. The post office building is beautiful and historic. Too bad she has to bring down the entire vibe.

A package I was trying to ship to a customer was being held due to an insufficient address. It ended up in Oelrichs, and then back in Hot Springs. Both of the women who worked at these locations went above and beyond to 1, track my package down, 2 keep me posted during the day and 3, go to the extent of HAND DELIVERING MY PACKAGE to the customer to ensure it made it to its destination! The lady in Hot Springs was so kind over the phone. Im still in shock she said she would hand deliver that package
