- LBLyndea BaumbergerJan 12, 20251.0Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of positive things to say about this post office and getting packages delivered. I find it odd that they don’t deliver a package to your house if it doesn’t fit in the mailbox, so you’ll have to go to the post office to pick it up (which really isn’t the issue… it’s once you try and pick it up where it gets messy) most of the time I will be told the package(s) isn’t there. Until I ask AGAIN and they’ll magically find it. Every single time this happens without fail. We constantly get rude pink slip messages in the mail to “come get pick your package up ASAP, we’re full” or “you have 2 packages here get them Monday or they will be sent back(on a Friday when they are only open an hour on Saturday)” I was there the day before to get said packages but was told we didn’t have any. Very poor customer service, lazy, always rude to myself and my husband when we go in. Zero stars if I could.
- AHAnything can happenAug 23, 20245.0Not the smallest post office I've been in, but close. The USS George Washington's was slightly smaller, but most likely handled 10x the Amazon packages! The postal clerk was very nice. Later the next week, when I was in Custer mailing a package, there she was again! We chatted for a minute again there. It's so cool to meet locals that are pleasant.
