The hours are ridiculous if you’re a normal person who works a regular job, goodluck grabbing your package. They have dealt with alot of my packages I do order a lot, but several months ago they lost one of my collectible items I ordered. Unfortunately whoever “delivered it” marked it as delivered when it was not, It had to have been delivered to the wrong home is all I can assume. I never received the package tried calling (but goodluck) had to jump through a bunch of hoops just to find out that there was nothing they could do since the package was marked as delivered, which pretty much made it a he said she said situation. Basically just had to bite the bullet on 40 bucks. That is really the only thing that has been screwed up but I just think it’s crazy that if you mess up at any other job you usually have to pay for it and or the company will make things right.

Packages if they don’t fit in the mailbox are taken back and held and you are told to pick them up. Their hours are very limited and on weekdays they leave for a half hour minimum for lunch on a 6 hour day. They are barely open on Saturday. They continue to deliver mail to us from past home owners after repeatedly telling them no one by that name lives here. You can definitely tell how lazy they are and see how they will do as little as possible to get through their day. Worst post office I’ve ever dealt with.
