I had a package get shipped here containing equipment for work, and there was a change of plans where I wasn't going to be anywhere near there and the job-site in town around the time & date the package was delivered, and he patiently worked with me to arrange re-shipping the parcel to a new address that I will be more closer too at the time of the new delivery date. Thank you very much Emmanuel and USPS!
