They have lost mail (important tax documents none the less) that showed up over a week later, or they don't deliver the packages, keep them at the post office, don't tell anyone and when you question them about it they say you need to pick it up or they send it back... Please tell me how that is right!? I'm so tired of this post office get it together!

Don't bother calling they never answer phone and if the do get through somehow. The Post Master Mrs. Love will insult you to know end. Like it's my fault she can't do her job. How does this lady have a job.

I received confirmal email confirming all my orders. I contacted the companies and they replied back to me and said I should have received them around a month and half ago. I really do not like to point fingers but I payed for those orders and to just not receive them has me left wondering where did they go? I tried to resolve the matter by visiting this post office but I was ignored by an older blond haired lady at the service counter. If this continues to happen, I will have no choice to move to another nearby town. I really don't want to move because I love this town and the people here are very welcoming and kind.
