So why would you knowingly put a package someone needs to pay for on a truck

They couldn’t even help me with my concern (due to restrictions by the state), but she was so kind at pointing me in the right direction and really taking her time. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being talked down to or that kind of behavior that you notice from people who don’t like when you have a questions and just aren’t “in and out”. Also, I had to come in because when I called the number on the page I couldn’t get the literal Brandon office. Only postal customer service, so I noticed they had the number in the office, and I figured it would save someone else a trip. Here it is:
