- JEJ EdJun 17, 20191.0I’ve lived here two years and it’s the same story every time I visit. One lady in particular is downright rude and condescending. I’d bet it’s the same “lady” everyone else has complained about. She assumes every customer she deals with is completely ignorant and has no clue what they’re talking about. Went in today because I requested our mail start being forwarded tomorrow, but we haven’t received any in the last week and I received a notification that an important package was “undeliverable.” Instead of listening to me explain my situation, she immediately jumped to conclusions and tried to correct me on my understanding of how it all works, based on false assumptions (and you know what they say about assuming). I told her I’ve moved 8 tines in the last 15 years, I know how it works. After giving her the stare down she finally decided maybe it wouldn’t kill her to go looking for my mail. This is one of maybe twenty interactions I’ve had with her in the last two years, and they’ve all been pretty much the same. I’ve seen nothing but complaints on the base fb pages as well, mostly about her. She needs to be fired, but I wouldn’t expect anything actually proactive to be done by the usps. If they were a legitimate business and not an arm of the Feds, they’d have tanked long ago...
- SKS KOct 20, 20181.0Every package I have had delivered has been put in the wrong mail box, I only know its been delivered since I have text notifications alerting me. Half my mail I do not receive-luckily I know when my bills are due and don't rely on statements!! Worst postal service ever!!!
