Dear carrier, if you can walk a notice to my door and leave it, without knocking or ringing the doorbell, about a package you couldn't deliver, why didn't you leave said notice in the mailbox? Or, better yet, leave said package at the door? (And ring the doorbell or knock)

Horrible experience. I Waited an hour in line to mail a package when you had a single person manning the registers complaining both your postage printers act up. They had to reprint postage multiple times for everyone in front of me and then when it was my turn they refused to even attempt to mail my package and you were open. I see now why our senate and congress want to investigate mail issues in our state. Understaffed and broken down. If you cant post mail maybe just close the doors!

They are Awesome people working here. Don't believe these other posts. These people take pride in their work. I’m happy to have been a customer. Multiple interactions and everyone was positive always.

Staff very rude and act like they don't have time to do their job. When asked about a pkg that didnt get delivered all I got was I don't know wait and see. Didn't even try to look it up. I'd rather drive further to another store then deal with box elder again.
