- MWMaggie WrightJan 5, 20261.0Postmaster is extremely rude and unhelpful. I just had a few questions and she was VERY disrespectful. Im disabled and need my packages delivered to my door not the sidewalk. Carriers will not open my gate to walk to my door now for anything. Last package was almost lost due to wind and i didnt even know i had a package.
- TMThomas MitchellNov 18, 20251.0Was told online by a agent that I could file a claim for lost or damaged mail. Over 300$ to be exact. When I went into the post office to aquire the paperwork for my claim I was told that I couldn't file paper work physically but had to online. So either there agent is lying and there site or the post manager doesn't want to deal with the process of filling out a simple form for a claim as per your advice on your site and from agent. There is no single place on there site that says "file claims". It says and gives you information on why they can deny claim but nothing as far as filling one.

In my 37 years I have never heard such nonsense. You can see my rent check on my box from the street. So lazy. It better not be late.
