  Was supposed to get a delivery today to my business, sat there during the delivery window only for them to mark that I was closed and take a picture inside their pocket to show I was closed. That's ridiculous. Do better. Edit: Delivery was supposed to be held and redelivered Wednesday when we are officially open because I'm not going to waste another day sitting there. They say they delivered it, nothing is on any security camera, the "proof" of delivery is a pdf file saying they were at the location. Does nothing get done about this BS? Why does my business have suffer because you can't do yours?

  Undependable shipping service. Worse customer service. Lost my $600 package and let someone(who it wasn’t sent to) sign for it allegedly. Their AI calling assistant won’t let me speak to a representative, either. Absolutely unacceptable service. Stop using AI where Americans could be doing real work that doesn’t frustrate every single customer that needs your help.

  Fast and easy. Unfortunately like everything else prices are ridiculously insane. My complaints is with the company....not this individual location. Why can they ship things to us for $20? Huge and heavy things like bags of dog or cat food fir example.....yet my package was no bigger or heavier. Sure, Im not a huge company shipping all the time and have no contract....so I can expect to pay double, right? That would ve $40 then? Nope....not even....it cost me $120 to ship a veteran flag framed in a memory box and 2 books to AZ from SD. Seriously!!!! Not out of the country.. not even across the whole continent. That's insane. Yes...I have a problem with the whole system. There is no way it should cost that much. Another broken system . I will never ship something like this again. I could drive it there myself for that price. But, for those of you shipping smaller envelope packages or who don't care if the price is that out of whack....the facility itself was tiny but effective and employee polite.
