I’ve had repeated negative experiences at this USPS location, consistently involving the same employee. Each visit feels unnecessarily unpleasant. The service is dismissive, rude, and condescending, with no greeting or basic courtesy offered to customers.
When customers come in needing help, it’s because USPS staff are supposed to be the experts. Instead of guidance, the attitude comes across as “you should already know,” which is unprofessional and unhelpful. Mistakes or missing information are treated with impatience rather than assistance.
Customer service is a core part of this job, and unfortunately, that standard is not being met here. After multiple uncomfortable interactions, I will be going out of my way to use a different post office rather than return to this one.

Depends on your luck and something else “ I don’t want to say it”, either you get a little piece of tape or returned because of it. Then you go buy tape and come back. Good luck

I don’t know what’s going on here but you guys need to get it together. So unprofessional losing people’s packages and marking them as “pre shipment” instead of shipped. Unacceptable. Beware!

I hate you have to even give it one star to make a review. I've had nothing but issues from this Post Office. They ignore pick up request, they leave your packages out in the rain getting destroyed out of complete lack of common sense and laziness - when you have a covered front porch!!! They ignore delivery placement requests for packages but have the audacity to send a confirmation email stating they did what was requested. The customer service is horrendous.. I have made so many complaints through USPS and they claim it will change and nothing has. I've even gotten emails from whoever Lorraine is stating that things are going to get better and honestly I think it's gotten worse - and when the carrier does come through my driveway he drives through it so fast slinging gravel everywhere, even though I've requested him not to, dogs and kids thank God have never been in the way. This whole Post Office needs revamping and everyone fired and replaced with people with common sense and decency that do the jobs they are paid to do.

If I could give it a zero star I would. It’s never open. So much inconvenience.
