- JJjohn jonesDec 16, 20251.0I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered today. But since it didn't get to the Woodruff post office until after 11am it would not be delivered today. So I called the post office to see if I could come pick it up. No one answered the phone. So since I had thus situation before and the post office worker got the package for me, I drove 20 miles to get it. The post office worker said 8 couldn't pick it up and it would be delivered tomorrow. Not much Christmas spirit or customer service for that matter. No wonder the Woodruff post office has 1.5 stars out of 63 reviews.
- APAshley PDec 15, 20251.0I seriously think the Federal Bureau should be investigating this branch. With the amount of stolen mail going on, particularly cards. This is a federal crime. I know a handful of locals who have reported this branch including myself.
- LELyn ElmDec 13, 20251.0I've been to the Woodruff post office two times now. The first time the lady was so rude for no reason that I decided I would never go back there again . I'm a super friendly person so it amazes me how someone could be so unwelcoming and not helpful. I decided to go there on Friday Dec.12th 2025 to return a package to the sender. After scanning the package She automatically said I was over the weight limit without even asking any questions and pretty much discarded me. Before I left I said it was a return that was damaged during shipping and I had a scan code on my phone for the return. Her tone changed then and she scanned the code for a return. The return was accepted. I've dealt with this same lady twice now. She is so unfriendly and not helpful. She doesn't need to work with the public. I now have negative feelings once again with the Woodruff SC postal service! I won't return!

- NLNoel LeonardOct 28, 20251.0Today in Woodruff, South Carolina, at 10:26 AM at window one the most disrespectful purposely rude female employees interacted with both My Wife and my six-year-old. Would not expect this from a tiny town with a tiny post office of an individual that set the most horrific example to my child, she communicated with her tone of voice, with her facial expressions, and with her body language that she did not enjoy seeing my family nor helping them. This impacted my six-year-old daughter so much that it’s one of the first things she said to me when I got home today from work. Matthew 12:34 34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
