I put 1 start because I can't put 0. This is the worse usps office ever. Every Saturday when I know I'm supposed to get a package, I know I wont get it because they just don't deliver. There is always the pink paper with the excuse that there is not safe location.
Months ago I used to live nearby and I got the package on my door. Now, every Saturday there is not safe location, but you can see in the picture there is my mailbox and the big boxes in case they need to put a package. This person delivered other items and yet didn't put mine and they do it every Saturday that I'm waiting for a package. This is not me lying, this is me very upset and tired of this because I used to live in a very unsafe place compared to where I live now and yet they always delivered it and now that I'm here, same neighborhood, better houses, no animals around they always give a pink paper. I remember months ago they say unsafe due to animals, there are no animals allowed in this village and the mailbox is placed in a very safe location.
Get new drivers.

Terrible customer service. The workers and the postmaster are the most rude people I have ever encountered. They act as tho you are bothering them just for needing to pick up mail that they refuse to deliver and they send it back so fast sometimes you don't have a chance to pick it up. This place is horrible. Fire everybody

I’m so damn tired of having to go pick up my packages because that mail lady refuses to come up to the door and knock and drives off and leave a pink slip in my mailbox

If I could give 0 stars I would, that women that works there is extremely rude. Her attitude is nasty, on the phone and in person. And will 100% never go back. She told us that we can’t make appointments for passports on our phones and that if we knew how to read we’d see that on the website. Um no ma’am, It never says that on the website, and any other post office has never said that. Just terrible service, and from what I’m reading looks like she’s been an ongoing issue based on these reviews I’m seeing.
