No one will answer a phone call and I have to wait 7 more business days before you have to respond to my service request. So 20 days before you will talk to me and answer my questions. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Neither time did they try to bring it to the house. So I pay shipping to have to come to town and pick it up. Stop being lazy.
