- RNRebecca NixDec 21, 20255.0I want to both praise and say thank you to Charlie Lindeen who works at the West Union post office in Oconee County. This time of year has to be stressful on the teams who are on the front line and dealing with a lot of customers who aren’t happy about their late packages. This year seems like the worst I have ever seen. I have over 10 packages late at this very minute. One package I was particularly concerned about. On Friday I had the privilege to work with Charlie. He eased my anxiety and went above and beyond. He was able to track down my package and give me a ETA. The post office is slammed full of people. Many people sharing their mad stories with each other. As a customer I don’t want to hear all of that negativity and I applaud postal workers and especially Charlie who effectively and efficiently stayed on course with a smile on his face. I am in my mid 50’s It’s hard these days to come across good customer service. It’s so lack luster. Charlie was so helpful and the rest of the team working hard. Thanks again for helping to locate the package. It arrived on Saturday. Great experience in a negative environment!!

I even called Seneca post office to see if they can get in touch with them they still wouldn't answer. Wasn't able to make it in time before they closed

My father’s cremated remains were mailed through West Union and she personally brought them out. I remembered that she had hand delivered something for me before to a guy that lived near her a few years ago. She was raised right! It’s rare to get this kind of service these days
