I went in this morning to buy a book of stamps very busy Daniel was the postal worker. In between helping everyone he would stop and apologize for the wait. Daniel was always very kind he smiled and most of all he was very calm and attentive to each person that was there. I just wanted to let him know that I truly appreciated the Great service he provided for everyone there. Thank you again!!

Constantly not receiving packages marked delivered to my post office box. Constantly receiving other people's packages and mail. How can these employees not know how to read 4 numbers and match it to the post office box? Oh, and several times the delivery driver can't even find my house, several times I've had to go up there and explain on a map where I live. I'm tired of their screw ups! Close the dang location down and fire everyone.

I wish I could give a zero because the automated system would not allow me to speak to someone because I have a question that Was not covered under the options given. And looking at some of the other reviews, this is supposed to be a service to taxpayers. This is shameful.

I’m missing something that was supposed to be mailed last week, and every other month where getting slips on who lives at my address, and they will hold my mail until it’s filled out. They were supposed to deliver a package today and said they couldn’t get to my mailbox nothing was blocking it! And they could’ve easily get out and leave it on my porch which is next to my mailbox! All because they’re being lazy because it was raining!

On 1/27/26, I arrived at the Cayce, SC post office at 8:45am to apply for passports for my 16-year-old daughter and 7-week-old baby. Passport walk-in hours are posted as 8am-9am Tues-Thurs. We waited in line 10 mins and reached the counter around 8:55am. The male employee (ROC) that was handling passports refused to assist us. When I calmly explained we were within the walk-in window and I really did not want to have to come out again in 22-degree weather with a newborn. He became hostile, raised his voice and yelled "I don't care what online says" and he would not help us "no matter what". He was extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. We were denied service despite being on time. I see that this same employee has been repeatedly complained about in Google reviews and by others in the community for similar behavior with this situation. This is clearly not an isolated incident but a pattern of behavior that reflects poorly on the United States Postal Service. Employees are expected to treat the public with professionalism, fairness and respect. Especially when handling time-sensitive and important matters such as passports for children. This interaction was humiliating and stressful, given that I was holding a newborn. No family, especially with small children, should ever be treated this way. I will never return to this location. Go to Lexington location instead!
