Today is Friday 26 Sep 25, Ms. Esmeralda went over and above duties to help me track a package that the driver refuse to deliver because I have a long horseshoe shaped driveway and ground office would not assist either. Had it not been for the Team on Augusta Road my package would be going back to Texas. Ms. Esmeralda took the time to listen and connected with her colleagues at the ground office to provide me an option to go pick up my package. I see a lot of negative reviews on this page about the ground office but This team on Augusta Road deserves a big SHOUT OUT!!! Thank you
