  I’ve been here a few times and everything was great. This time around I was helped by Essie and she lacked common courtesy and customer service. She was not helpful at all and it seemed as if she didn’t want to assist with my items that needed to be shipped. Made a very simple shipment more complicated than usual.

  Stopped in today because I was told to go to FedEx to return my item. The associate Essie,was not polite AT ALL. Customer service associates should/is designed to help the customers. This associate LACKED that. We felt so rushed,she didn't really help much and seemed short as ever. We eneded up leaving and going to Ups in HOPE to better service.

  This review is for the Lovely Ladies at the Fedex Store on Augusta Road, Columbia, SC. I would give them a score of 100 for their customer service and professionalism. Today is Friday 26 Sep 25, Ms. Esmeralda went over and above duties to help me track a package that the driver refuse to deliver because I have a long horseshoe shaped driveway and ground office would not assist either. Had it not been for the Team on Augusta Road my package would be going back to Texas. Ms. Esmeralda took the time to listen and connected with her colleagues at the ground office to provide me an option to go pick up my package. I see a lot of negative reviews on this page about the ground office but This team on Augusta Road deserves a big SHOUT OUT!!! Thank you
