- PFPatty FulmerNov 26, 20252.0I feel like with this being a government agency, you’re bound to have issues. Sometimes they will leave packages on the uncovered steps (we have a covered porch) when rain is forecasted (literally just lay it over the gate - zero extra steps), which is frustrating because it has ruined items before. However, what made me leave the review is that yesterday, my son put something in the mailbox to be mailed out and put the flag up at 8:30 am. When we got the mail, the mail for the day was laid on top of his mail and the flag was lowered. The post office closed at 12:30 today, and tomorrow is a holiday, so now, his mail will not even be processed until Friday at the earliest. I know this is a first world problem, but it’s just frustrating!

Being someone that lives by herself very much liked having this sign to make people think I had a dog that lived there. The delivery person will not deliver packages to my residence unless I take down the sign. I couldn't help but to notice that they will deliver to my neighbors who have two pitbulls and the exact same sign. I don't know what happened in the past but as a new resident I should not be held at the same condition. Also I can not get the said package because I am at work during their operation house which now is probably going to end up returning my package to the sender. It so frustrating.

My mail carrier Kim is always on time, very helpful, probably the best mail carrier they have on staff. Even their subs are AMAZING. The sub post master is a million times better than the last one and I truly hope he stays as post master, everything is so much smoother now.
- JUJay Hall (Usc529)Feb 23, 20201.0Warrenville post office delivered a package (box) that has fragile written on it in the rain without putting it in a plastic bag. By the time I got the box it was soaked and if the company I bought it from wasn’t so great in wrapping it up the product inside would have been ruined. DO NOT deliver anything outside of it’s raining. You may end up having to pay for someone’s stuff like you almost had to pay for mine.
