I called, and the woman on the phone lied to me and said it wasn't their fault, it was the next post office's fault. I get a shipping update right after saying it was sent to the next post office. 12 DAYS AFTER THEY RECEIVED MY PACKAGE - It's now in Boston MA for no damn reason. After my call, my package has stopped at 9 different usps points. They're mad because I called them on their lazy bs, so they're messing up my mail! I was kind and courteous the whole way through and look what that got me. Seesh.

For years, we had the same kind lady who delivered our mail and packages with care and accuracy. But for a few months now I’ve noticed we have different couriers who deliver much later in the day and repeatedly deliver mail/packages things to wrong address. It’s certainly gone down hill.
