I had a package that already had a label and the man working there had no idea what I meant when I said I wanted a receipt for drop off. After much back and forth, he informed me that this is a manual office. They have no ability to scan mail or print receipts. He just kept saying that since I hadn’t spent money, he couldn’t give me a receipt. Finally he just wrote “package received” on a piece of paper and handed it to me. No tracking number. No indication of the post office or who he was. Just “package received.” Don’t go here.
