Now there’s a very elderly lady there who’s very kind but she is a little slower so lots of times you trying to wait to get her but you get the middle age lady instead and she is absolutely horrible. Her goal is to find a reason to not be able to help you And when I’ve spoken to her about her attitude a few times she’s just very confrontational and rude, but she won’t let you wait for the older kind lady to help you instead.

My husband went in and was told they would look into it and never heard back from them, and they also didn’t tell him to fill out a missing package report. 0 stars would be given if possible.
