My husband went in and was told they would look into it and never heard back from them, and they also didn’t tell him to fill out a missing package report. 0 stars would be given if possible.

PowellJun 14, 20192.0While many other community Post Offices offer the Service Kiosk that can process outgoing letters and packages, sell postage, stamps etc 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, this back -woods little town outpost doesn't see the need for one. With ridiculous hours no working person can access and literally only open 2 hours on Sat. this kiosk would almost eliminate the need for half of the staff and make services available to those of us to need to be accommodated outside of our long workdays. GET WITH IT! USPS!!!!
