John advised me on the best printing options and helped me receive a major discount. Not only was he professional, but he was kind and empathetic towards what I was going through. Superior customer service!
- SSScierraJan 31, 20261.0I sent a literal sheet of paper through whatever this “hub” is on Monday, 1/26/26. The company I was sending to literally paid overnight delivery. On 1/28/26 I received a notification saying that I dropped the package off after FedEx drivers arrived to pick packages up for the day. Mind you, this is 48 hours after the package was dropped off this location. Today, is Saturday, 1/31/26…. The package still hasn’t reached its destination……the package went one whole day without a scan. I’ll get an update once every 24 hours and there is a yellow explanation mark on the tracking information, not the normal arrow that indicates that things are moving as usual. This experience has been TERRIBLE and if you want real service, please go to an actual FedEx Store!

I came in with a mountain of work for her, returning an entire office’s worth of equipment to my former employer, and ran into multiple issues at checkout (one label didn’t include enough weight, and packing material was missing for all but one item). Jasmine was patient while we worked through everything, handled each new customer smoothly, and kept a smile on her face with genuine kindness the whole time. She turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience, and I’ll absolutely be using this FedEx location for shipping going forward.
