- JFJustin FordJan 2, 20261.0Due to adjusted holiday hours, I was unable to retrieve my package immediately upon its arrival. However, on the morning of January 2, 2026, I received a text message from FedEx explicitly stating that my package was still at the location and had not yet been returned to the sender. Relying on this official communication, I arrived at the Stonecrest location at approximately 5:40 PM to collect my shipment. Unprofessional Conduct: Upon my arrival, I was assisted by an employee named Jasmine. When I provided my information, I was told the package was no longer there. Rather than offering a professional explanation or apology for the conflicting information, Jasmine laughed and stated that the package had “just been sent back.” This reaction was incredibly rude and entirely uncalled for. As a customer who had just traveled to the store based on a FedEx notification, being met with derision instead of assistance is unacceptable. Furthermore, I received no notification prior to my arrival indicating that the status of my package had changed or that it was being processed for return.

Went back to complete my transaction and she quoted me a price of $240.00 a ten dollar difference in less than 5 minutes. I asked why the changed in price shw rudely said the system changes prices often. Terrible customer service the gentleman who works said if I come tomorrow the price will be different take it or leave it. I went down the street to post net who quoted me a price of $200. I would not be using this location again rude an inefficient staff.
