- EBEmily BarbeeMar 27, 20262.0There’s a white male employee here that does this thing when he’s handing me my receipt where he repeatedly pulls it away so I can’t take it, then pretends to hand it to me, then pulls it away again so it slips through my fingers, again. Many times. It feels really childish and immature, not to mention it’s unprofessional and super uncomfortable to be on the receiving end. This has happened on at least three separate visits, to the point where I really try to avoid this location if at all possible. Giving it two stars instead of one only because the wait is usually not bad.

He was extremely rude, unpleasant to work with, and uninformative about the process. I now see first hand why this location has a 1.8 review.

However, for this particular mail issue of trying to find a missing document that we mailed in January, Angie H was incredibly helpful & patient. Though we couldn't locate our missing mail, Angie took the time to answer my questions and provided useful information. She informed our mail carrier of our issue and offered to call me back if it turns up. I hope Taylors Post Office brings on more kind people like Angie.
