  Charged $10 and $9.50 for a single notary signature at this location. South Carolina law caps notary fees at $5 per signature. Same notary handled both transactions. Fees were reduced slightly when questioned but still above the legal limit. Complaint filed with the South Carolina Secretary of State.

  The staff has always been very helpful and polite. I had an Amazon return and it was the first time I've used the kiosk. The staff was very helpful. I'm not sure the other low reviews are for this store.

  The worst UPS ever! Why don't they replace the old ladies who work there? There's one old woman who works there who's incredibly rude and unpleasant! They should fire her for such terrible customer service! I think she hates working and complains about everything; she's so bossy! I took my package in a week ago to request a refund, and it's been a week and they still haven't returned it! They really should replace the staff! It's awful! One week and nothing!
