As the elder women was preparing to leave the counter, I overheard her; suggesting to to the clerk, (first name beginning with a R) some low tone, words of advice, ending with: "and you should smile once in a while." As I was behind her, I was next. My need was minimal; postage on a small package. The customer service mannerism he displayed: I was expecting a: what do you want welcome. But not, he didn't have to, his demeanor told everything. Reading other comments, seems this is the norm at this 4359 Wade Hampton facility. Sad

However either the machine or someone in the location while I was there got my card info and charged $1500 of purchases. My credit card company made me aware today! So be careful at this location.
