I’ll be outside to catch the mail man and they drive right past me. You never know when the mail is coming so it’s hard to wait all day on mail that doesn’t come most days. 😞

So I walk in at 1 pm to ask for a passport form and this ole white man with a stuck up face gave me the form didn't say a word to me. I walked to the side to fill out the paper work. Mind I had my newborn and my 4 year old so that complicated things even more. Well I filled it out got back in line this time it was a black woman rude as heck also. I messed up and signed it and she said here you gotta do it again. And asked me if I had an appointment? I said no. Do I need an appointment? She didn't respond so I went to the side and filled out the form again. A big white man was there I was hoping he had a little more manners than the other two but surprise. He walked to the back and asked the black woman to attend me and she said loud from the back " nah she ain't got no appointment" then she came to the counter and tells me I need to go online and make an appointment. So I was mad as heck!! Because why not tell me that in the first place and not have me there with my babies filling out 2 forms. I could have just taken the forms home and make my appointment. But as I see now according to all the bad hass reviews customer service sucks here. Y'all find another post office to go to until they can hire people that really want to work.

My passport application was accepted and submitted successfully with no issues earlier this year. Today we sent my husband’s passport for expedited renewal and were treated with utmost respect and efficiency. Shout out to Bridgett C for her awesome service.
