    Need to fire the whole staff these people are rude and unprofessional and also they will lose your package by dropping it off at a random location while marking it delivered and they have the audacity to have an attitude with you because they can’t do their job correctly.

    Entered the facility, elder woman and husband were proccessing in front of me. As the elder women was preparing to leave the counter, I overheard her; suggesting to to the clerk, (first name beginning with a R) some low tone, words of advice, ending with: "and you should smile once in a while." As I was behind her, I was next. My need was minimal; postage on a small package. The customer service mannerism he displayed: I was expecting a: what do you want welcome. But not, he didn't have to, his demeanor told everything. Reading other comments, seems this is the norm at this 4359 Wade Hampton facility. Sad

    I don’t go to the post office to meet friendly people, except in line, but these people working at the front desk take the cake for being unfriendly and rude.

    Based off the reviews of this place I’m sure you don’t care, but to lady in the black Audi suv. You’re a terrible person, idk what you thought was gonna happen turning into a one lane rd and proceeding to flip me off repeatedly but you have serious issues. Get help

    BE AWARE! My credit card was skimmed at this location yesterday. I went to the window to mail a package and used the credit card machine as I was waited on by PO staff. However either the machine or someone in the location while I was there got my card info and charged $1500 of purchases. My credit card company made me aware today! So be careful at this location.
