    The worst UPS ever! Why don't they replace the old ladies who work there? There's one old woman who works there who's incredibly rude and unpleasant! They should fire her for such terrible customer service! I think she hates working and complains about everything; she's so bossy! I took my package in a week ago to request a refund, and it's been a week and they still haven't returned it! They really should replace the staff! It's awful! One week and nothing!

    Super friendly and helpful! The associate helped walk me through using the Amazon drop off kiosk. They even provided me an extra piece of tape to finish sealing off my package.

    Used this store, The UPS Store, Taylor, S.C., to ship 2 auction winnings in October 2024. Charge showed up on my credit card bill in November 2025. The card had expired 3 months earlier and AMEX still allowed this fraudulent charge. Someone at this store is a thief. BEWARE!

    I hope my packages arrive safe and sound! I did not feel confident at all in the employee who helped me. She struggled with the technology, spelling my info, and overall it was a very slow process. When I checked my receipts after, I found type-os in the names (even after I spelled everything out for her and offered to let her look at the printed labels on the packages) but at least the addresses were put in correctly. I'll stick with USPS after this.
