- KKKathleenSep 16, 20241.0Signed up as a new customer to get their new customer special for $50 off first order. I was told by the representative they place an authorization hold of $50 on my bank account, but this would be released back to my account in 1-2 business days. I called back on business day 3 because it had not been released yet. I was told that information was incorrect, my money would be released on the day of my first delivery. The third representative told me the funds would go back to my account 15-30 days after my first delivery. Three different representatives giving different information! Very tricky and deceitful!! I canceled immediately stating that's bad business and I cannot trust this company 😒😮💨
