This woman is the nastiest, most downright miserable person my husband and I have ever come across. Even before the government shutdown, she is condescending, treats people like they’re stupid, and gets snappy. While standing in line today she was treating a man trying to change his address like he was incompetent and word by word in a very rude tone said “well you should not have done that, that’s not how we do things.” Okay, that’s fine but the way she came across it made us walk out. Again, was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt but this lady is downright nasty and needs a reality check.

The lady proceeded to interrogate my wife asking her why she put that, my wife replied stating that the lady didn’t even speak to her & was just rude. Your worker proceeded to act crazy for my wife being honest. Ridiculous
