  I had a frustrating experience at this Staples location. Their posted closing time is 8pm but they stop handling printing services and Amazon returns at 7pm which is not clearly communicated anywhere. While I was in the parking lot writing this review, two other customers were also turned away for the same reason. I arrived at 710pm and the store was empty, yet I was still turned away for services they advertise. From what I’ve seen, most of their traffic (especially at this location) comes from Amazon returns so it’s disappointing they refuse customers an hour before closing. If services are unavailable after a certain time, that should be clearly stated on their website and at the store. Otherwise, customers are making unnecessary trips and wasting time. Either honor your posted hours or be transparent about service cutoffs.

  I have no clue how they are still open, prices are so high, I often find myself going there, to only get frustrated while shopping. I have picked up many items, only to order them online, people in the store are always friendly, that part is a positive,

  My go to place for printing, office supplies and equipment. Staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful.

  Kimmie in the printing department was so helpful! I was struggling with a poster I wanted to print out and Kimmie assured me she could fix it until I was happy with it. I left very pleased with my experience thanks to Kimmie!
