  This store was clean, adequately staffed with no waiting lines. My customer service representative was Kim. She was so helpful, patient and efficient! Kim made my Amazon return experience an A++!

  I had to go there to get fingerprinted for a teaching job. Those machines can be tricky to use but the staff was very kind and helpful. The place even had a chair to sit in while doing it. The other place I went to did not have a chair for me to use. I am disabled and can not hunch over or stand for long periods of time. I will use this UPS fingerprinting again.

  I put a (probably unrealistic) level of importance to politeness and honesty in my expectations about customer service, and even as stringent as I am about such things, I was thoroughly impressed with Eliana and her ability to make the normally mundane interactions you would have with representatives in situations like these enjoyable and memorable. I will absolutely be returning to this UPS Store location in the future.

  UPS in Sumter SC is the best in town with knowledge and friendliness in this kind of business by far and Kim is my go to person.I needed some tax documents pulled off my phone a few years ago from this UPS store after trying different businesses in the town with no results and being told we don’t do that. When I stepped into the UPS store on Broad Street in Sumter SC Ms.Kim took my phone and pulled the documents off printed at least 20 documents off my phone for a great price. It may not be much to some people but I felt a weight come off of me when those documents were handed to me. I now come every tax season to UPS Store and I believe that a good business makes a positive impact on their neighbors by giving them kindness and expertise to make a difference. No matter how large a project or how small. UPS Store will help you with a smile.!
