- SHSeth Hendrix2 days ago4.0While I would leave overall USPS online/automated systems a poor review, the staff at this location (I unfortunately didn't get her name) was very helpful in resolving my issue. I'm docking a star because the location should have a phone queue system so you can hang out and wait. If you're trying to call when they're already on the phone, you will get a busy signal and have to just try your luck with another call (repeatedly).
