  Nathan at the checkout counter for Amazon returns could not have been more rude. If it’s that bad find a non-forward customer position. Staples, hope this is not the representation you are trying to put forward.

  Store is poorly staffed and had to wait almost 15 minutes for associate to come to the register to check me out.

  I have been shopping at this store for many years. As a teacher, I am constantly restocking consumable supplies and printing things. Today, I was very disappointed in the self print area. Only one of the five machines was working. That was also the case last week when I went in to print. There were already 4 men waiting to use the one working machine. I kindly asked the sales staff who work in the Print area if they could print for me and I pay with them as I was in a rush. I was told that was not possible. I could get a ticket and it would take just as long as waiting for the self-serve machine. Please try to get the machines up and running if staff cannot help print. Or, show a little compassion for walk-in customers when all, but one machine is working. I am trying to support local brick and mortar stores and I value having a place to get supplies and recycle ink cartridges, but the self serve print machines definitely need an upgrade or more support to stay in working condition. Maybe staff needs a little compassion too. Thank you

  I had to go into Staples off Main Street in Summerville SC this past Monday to return an Amazon purchase. The experience was terrible! I had to shout out twice to an employee, asking where I should drop off my Amazon return. There was no one else to ask. This was my first time going to Staples to return an Amazon item, never, ever again! (I've been using the UPS Store for returns until now, and they are great, but Amazon has * recently changed where you can return items). I'm just glad my local Walmart sells yearly desk calendars and that I can buy file folders and printer ink on line! The returns girl had to call for assistance to do my simple, unused 2- piece return. I still have still not received my ccard refund and today is Thursday!

  I liked the staff at the print station. They're friendly and helpful. What they are not sure of, they will find an answer. The only downside is that every time I go to use a printing machine, there is always three or more down for some service, which creates a backup of customers trying to print or make copies or send faxes. If it wasn't for that, I'd give them five stars.
