    This post office goes out of their way to be rude, disrespectful, liars, and inefficient in any way they can. No big shocked when they say that they are losing money. Will not ship here again.

    The Dorchester road store is always busy but polite people willing to help. The post office at the end of Ladson road is usually much less busier than the Dorchester road location check it out. Great service also.

    Horrible experience. I walked in with boxes that were not taped shut (I bought more stuff to add to the boxes before I shipped them). I waited in line for 1 HOUR and was told by a worker that she could not tape it for me & send my package???? I am at a post office and you cannot close my box with a piece of tape and send it off? I even offered to pay for the tape! I spent a total of almost 2 hours because I had to go and get my own tape and use the kiosk to send my package. I did everything myself and took longer than I needed to all because one lady wouldn’t help me. I even sent off my package & this same lady goes “I already told her she needs to go to the kiosk” I then show her my shipping labels & she says “oh……. Sorry”

    Unfortunately there was one person at the counter and the line was long. An employee said he just didn't have the people to bring someone else to the front. They should consider adding another self service machine to this and many other locations. Most appear to have the room for an additional machine!

    This post office is notorious for having all kinds of issues. Especially package related and I experienced that shady behavior today. I ordered a very expensive pair of prescription glasses online. When I received my package I noticed on both sides of the box that the corner tabs were pulled down and folded back like someone was trying to peak inside. And you can clearly see on one of the corners that it looks like someone stuck a knife or a tool in there and pushed it down to get separation in the seal to look inside. Very unprofessional and a massive red flag of potential theft.
