Unfortunately there was one person at the counter and the line was long. An employee said he just didn't have the people to bring someone else to the front. They should consider adding another self service machine to this and many other locations. Most appear to have the room for an additional machine!

This post office is notorious for having all kinds of issues. Especially package related and I experienced that shady behavior today. I ordered a very expensive pair of prescription glasses online. When I received my package I noticed on both sides of the box that the corner tabs were pulled down and folded back like someone was trying to peak inside. And you can clearly see on one of the corners that it looks like someone stuck a knife or a tool in there and pushed it down to get separation in the seal to look inside. Very unprofessional and a massive red flag of potential theft.

Terrible rude staff unfortunately I had to encounter Mrs Blake ! there was tape on the counter but she said I had to buy tape if I wanted to use tape or go to any store and buy tape and come back when there was tape available on the counter right there! The other lady seemed sweet and helpful but unfortunately I had the rude one And I would never have gone to the post office if I knew their scanner was not working I wanted to just get it done myself Never going there again ups store on old trolley is way better!

The delivery drivers for usps are so lazy it’s not even funny. Every time I need an important package I always get the “No access to delivery location” update. Stating they will deliver it the next day.

I went to the supervisor of the Oakbrook Post office with a problem that I did not create, explaining that, after escalating to Supervisor at the USPS 800#, they had no solution or explanation. I provided documents helping to illustrate what was wrong. I am upset because my husband passed away, and his estate attorney was sending documents to me that were being returned to sender. I never instituted an address change with the USPS. I am not well, suffering from cancer and chemotherapy treatments. It was difficult for me to come to the Post Office and wait in line. The supervisor flatly told me I was a horrible person, and bad things like this happen to me because I'm a horrible person, and that she didnt cate that i lost my husbandor that i was very ill. If the USPS was a corporate organization, I would have immediately cut ties with them for deplorable service and sub standard technology/processes.
